What services do you offer for house cleaning?
We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including general house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning as well as special requests.
What are your rates for residential cleaning services?
Our rates depend on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage of your home. In addition, the rate depends on the level of cleaning you are requesting (standard, deep clean, etc) and if you have any add-ons.
What is included in your maid service?
Our standard service includes general cleaning of all rooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. We also offer additional services such as deep cleaning and other add-ons.
Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring everything we need to ensure that your home is thoroughly cleaned to your satisfaction. If you have special requests for specific cleaning supplies or prefer green products, please let us know.
How often should I schedule home cleaning service?
This really depends on your needs and preferences. We are flexible and can schedule your service as needed. Some people need help weekly while others only hire a cleaning service periodically for a deep clean.
What is a deep cleaning service?
A deep cleaning goes beyond the standard cleaning service and includes things like cleaning & sanitizing all surfaces, cleaning baseboards, cleaning inside the refrigerator and other items that would not typically be included during a standard maintenance cleaning.
What is a move in/out cleaning service?
This is a cleaning service before/after all belongings have been removed. We thoroughly clean each room inside and out. The goal is to get the residence in pristine condition.
Is my online payment safe?
We accept various forms of payment including debit cards and all major credit cards. Our system has three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256-bit security. Thirdly, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered by their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). We understand the importance of online safety and have taken every precaution to keep your information safe.
